Can a Bed Be Returned?

Of course you can. You have up to 14 days to decide. Sometimes, depending on a specific promotion, we can extend this period, but it will never be less than 14 days.

For embroidered beds, according to current regulations, we are not obliged to comply with the right of withdrawal. This means that products cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind. Nevertheless, we want your total satisfaction and, therefore, we offer a refund modality with conditions.

Embroidered Beds:

In exceptional cases, and with our express approval, we offer the possibility of returning the embroidered beds under the following conditions:

  1. Product Condition: The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was received, without signs of use or damage.

  2. Approval Process: All return requests require our express approval. To initiate a return, please contact us through our email hola@baluka.es or call us at 605222111. We will evaluate your case individually and inform you about the viability of the return.

  3. Return Cost: If you decide to return an embroidered bed with the name you asked us for, a fee of 30€ will be deducted from your refund. This amount helps to cover the shipping costs and the labor needed to modify the product (such as unstitching and replacing the front piece). This point does not apply to unembroidered beds.
