Yes, reviews can be removed from the widget. Reviews are shared by customers who have participated in your event sessions. Though reviews are a personal opinion/ experience its highly important to emphasise that you do not have to keep any reviews on your widget which are not to your liking. We will explain how our Baluu platform allows you to remove a review from your website.
The first step is to go on to your Baluu dashboard and click on the 'Activity' tab.
Under the 'Reviews' section, select 'View All Reviews'.
You can use our search bar to search and filter the reviews you would like to view.
Locate the review you wish to remove and select 'View Review'. Then you can click on
the 'Delete Review' button and a review message will appear:
You can click on the 'Remove' button to completely remove the review or click on the 'Cancel' button if you no longer would like to remove the review.
Please be aware that when you respond to a review it will not appear under the review itself on your website but will be sent via email to the person who wrote the review.
