At the moment, Baluu's user dashboard and customer interface is - by default - only available in English.
However, there are two ways in which the language of your booking system can be adapted by you, to make it useable for a non-English-speaking user.
Lots of the information on a Baluu booking page is inputted by you.
The descriptions, titles, ticket names, locations, checkout questions and tutor names are all inputs you edit, and therefore display in whichever language you chose to write them in.
Only CTAs like 'pay now', 'submit'; and fixed terminology like 'events', 'attendee' and 'guest' are fixed in English.
Our system is optimised to work with Google's built-in browser translation.
Customers which use Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari in a language which is not English should automatically be given the option to 'translate' Baluu, in line with those search engines' translation functions. Our widget has been optimised to work with these translation systems, and so your customers should have a seamless experience.
