My payments have stopped working: Stripe Verfication

Stripe may ask for additional verification to allow you to transact - here's some steps to help

Stripe - which powers our payments here at Baluu - may request additional verification from you in order to validate your payment account. Stripe is entitled to do this as and when they see fit, it is part of their responsibility to ensure secure and fraud-free transactions.

If Stripe has requested additional verification documents from you - such as ID or ownership documents - we recommend you provide them with this as soon as possible to avoid your payments being halted.

Baluu cannot activate your payments while Stripe is waiting for verification.

If you're seeing an error such as: your destination account needs to have one of the following capabilities enabled: trasnfers, crypto_transfers, legacy_payments this means stripe has paused your payouts pending verification.

If you are having issues responding to Stripe's request, or this has come as a surprise and you can not track down any emails from them to respond to, you can contact stripe at support@stripe.com with your aaccount business name and email.
