If you’re interested in changing your plan from a monthly subscription to lifetime access, follow these straightforward steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Step 1: Review Your Current Subscription
Begin by reviewing your current monthly subscription details. Note the monthly fee you’re paying and any remaining period of your subscription. This information will help you understand the financial aspect of upgrading to a lifetime plan.
Step 2: Explore Lifetime Access Benefits
If you prefer to make a single payment to cover the lifetime access and eliminate ongoing monthly fees, upgrading to lifetime access will be ideal.
With lifetime access, you can access the course content on our platform for a lifetime. You can come back and review the course without being worried about recurring bills.
Step 3: Contact Us to Request an Upgrade
To start the upgrade process, reach out to our Student Support Team:
Email Us: Send an email to info.bananathai@gmail.com with your request to upgrade from a monthly subscription to lifetime access.
Step 4: Receive Payment Instructions
Upon receiving your upgrade request, we will provide you with a payment link for the difference amount.
For example, if the lifetime access to the Ultimate Guide to Thai Reading course costs 7,500 THB and your current monthly subscription is 2,300 THB, the difference amount would be 5,200 THB.
Step 5: Make the Payment
Follow the link provided to complete your payment for the upgrade fee. Ensure that you use a secure payment method to finalize the transaction.
Step 6: Confirmation and Enrollment
Once we receive your payment, we will process your upgrade to the lifetime access plan. You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription has been successfully upgraded.
Step 7: Cancel Your Monthly Subscription
To complete the upgrade, you will need to cancel your existing monthly subscription. This can usually be done through your account settings on our platform or by contacting our support team if you need assistance.
The existing subscription will be billed unless you've successfully canceled the subscription. If you forget to cancel, you can reach out to us within 7 days after you got billed to get a refund.
