Sign-in method mismatch
If your subscription appears inactive after signing out or logging in on a new device, make sure you're using the same sign-in method you used when you originally subscribed. Banani treats email/password sign-in and Google sign-in as separate accounts.
Delay in payment processing
In rare cases, it might take a couple of minutes for the payment to be processed. If you just made a payment, wait a minute and refresh the page.
Outstanding invoice
If you canceled your subscription but had an unpaid invoice from a previous billing period, Banani processes that outstanding payment first.
This can make it look like your subscription was canceled and a new charge was made, when in reality, the charge was settling the prior balance. Your active period runs until the end of the current billing cycle.
