What is a session limit?
Paid plans include a set number of AI generations per session. A session begins the moment you send your first message and lasts a fixed window of time (a few hours). When the window ends, your allowance resets automatically — there's nothing to manage.
You can always see how much of your current session you've used, and when it resets, on the Credits page.
Why do session limits exist?
Session limits keep Banani fast and fair for everyone. They prevent a single account from being used by many people at once, which would slow the service down for real users. They are not a price change — they only smooth out very heavy bursts of usage.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Your message is saved. Nothing is lost — the message you tried to send stays in your chat.
It generates automatically when your session resets. If you keep Banani open in your browser, the saved message runs on its own the moment your session resets. If you've closed Banani, it will run the next time you open that project.
You'll get a heads-up before you hit it. As you approach your session limit, Banani shows a short notice so the pause is never a surprise.
