Permission Denied Error On App

If you are encountering a "Permission Denied" error in the Band of Hands app, there are a few possible reasons for this:

1) Your I-9 has not been e-verified yet:
As part of your onboarding process with Band of Hands, you are required to submit your documents for review by our customer support team. Please ensure that all documents are submitted and that your I-9 form is e-verified before you begin work. The e-verification process must be conducted in person with someone who is 18 years or older and in the same location as you. Once your I-9 form is successfully e-verified, you should no longer see the permission denied error.

2) Your I-9 has been e-verified, but the error persists:
If you continue to see the "Permission Denied" error even after your I-9 form has been e-verified, it may be because Band of Hands is not yet registered to operate in your state. Please note that Band of Hands currently operates on an invite-only basis. Your employer must invite you to a job through the Band of Hands platform, and we do not currently support the ability to search for work independently.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
