What’s Changing?

Employees who use the BoH Time Tracking system will now be required to review, approve, and submit their timecards at the end of each pay period before managers can edit or submit payroll.

Employees

All employees utilizing the BoH Time Tracking system must edit, approve, and submit their hours at the close of each pay period.


Late submissions will delay payroll processing for your employer, so please be sure to submit your timecard on time.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • You can submit hours on the Dashboard of our app or website, or through the My Jobs tab.

  • You cannot submit hours while you are actively clocked in.

Employers

You may have noticed new error messages next to certain employees’ names indicating that their timecards have not been submitted.


Effective 11/24/25, payroll cannot be processed unless all open employee timecards have been submitted.


Once all timecards are submitted, payroll will automatically open for your review and submission.

For Clients and Employees Not Using BoH Time Tracking

If your team does not use the BoH Time Tracking system, nothing changes. You may continue entering hours and submitting payroll as you always have. No timecard approval is required if and only if your employees do not clock in on our system.
