How do I see analytics about my followers, artists, and events?
Updated over a week ago

Find out where your fans are located, how your events are performing, stats on your messages, ticket clicks, and more all in one place. Go to the Insights section and wait a few seconds for the data to load.

Please Note: Insights are only available for artists with at least 100 followers on Bandsintown and who currently have a Spotify page. Due to the API calls limit on Spotify, artists must have at least 40 Spotify followers to access updated Insights on all platforms.

In the Insights section, you will find multiple tables and charts.

Summary

The top bar gives you the pulse of your activity by providing the number of trackers, RSVPs, and ticket clicks you received in the last 30 days.

Followers

The Followers section shows the number of new followers you have gained by different time ranges including Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks and Last 12 months.

Followers Location

This tool presents a visual representation of followers, upcoming shows, ticket clicks, RSVPs and concert requests from fans. All you need to do is specify a location by country, state/province or city, and the map will show the data, represented by different colors.

This also allows artists to expand their reach and communicate with fans of similar artists! Find out more here.

Top Markets

Here you can see the locations of your top markets. You can sort the data By Trackers or By Fan Requests. Fan Requests are requests that users have made asking you to have an event in their city! You can also filter the information by location, which is extremely useful if you want to know these numbers based on a specific country, for example.

Events Performance

Here you can see ticket clicks and RSVPs for your upcoming events! Make sure to click Events at the top to see this section!

Ticket Clicks

This segment shows the number of ticket clicks you’ve received. We’ve added 3 different time periods for you to filter this information: Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, or Last 12 months.

Smart Link Performance

Here you can see useful stats on your Smart Link, such as the number of views and clicks your page has earned, as well as the Click Rate (represented by the number of Clicks divided by the number of Views). This is a great way for you to quickly overview your promo page’s performance. If you do not have any data here, make sure to share your Smart Link on your social media!

Social Media Followers

This chart shows you the growth of your social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. You can choose one platform at a time at the top and choose different time periods including Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, and Last 12 months at the bottom.

Music & Video Streaming Followers

Here you can see the growth of your music and video platforms including Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, SoundCloud, and Twitch! Just like the Social Media Follower you can choose one platform at a time at the top and choose different time periods including Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, and Last 12 months at the bottom.

If you are not seeing data for some of your social media, music, and video pages please make sure your Bandsintown Profile is updated with the links to those pages. Due to the cost of API interactions, you also need to have a minimum of 40 followers on Spotify for us to be able to pull your data across any services. If you meet these conditions and still don't see your stats, email us at ArtistSupport@bandsintown.com or click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the page and we can help.

You can see analytics on your posts by clicking the Messages section or visiting the Messaging page!
