If you recently created your Bandsintown page it can take up to 24 hours to fully process, thanks for your patience.

It can also help to use your artist ID instead of your artist name. You can retrieve your artist ID from the link to your artist's Bandsintown page: https://www.bandsintown.com/a/491

So instead of using the artist name "Gavin DeGraw" in the widget code, use "ID_491".
