How do I delete or unsubscribe my account?

To delete your artist or venue manager account please click your name on the upper right corner of the page on Bandsintown for Artists or Bandsintown for Venues, click My Account then Delete my account on the bottom right corner and follow the steps to delete your artist or venue manager account.

To unsubscribe your manager account from emails click your name in the upper right corner, click My Account, and toggle off the email categories under Email Preferences.

To delete your artist's page please email ArtistSupport@bandsintown.com with the link to your artist's page on Bandsintown and the link to your artist's page on Facebook and we can delete the page.

To delete your promoter account please login to Bandsintown Promoter and click on the Messenger icon and include the email address associated with your promoter account.

Please note: If you want to unsubscribe your fan account please follow these steps. If you want all of your data removed or if you want to delete your fan account please fill out this form
