Step 1 : Click on the "Resume Application" button.
Step 2 : Click on the "Forgot Your reference number?" option
Step 3: Enter your contact information and click "Next".
Step 4: You will receive an OTAC on your device and email address if your account is already in process. Enter the OTAC and click "Next".
Upon clicking "Next", you will receive your reference number on your email address, which you can use to resume your application.
