If a game or a specific market (like a moneyline, spread, or total) shows as locked, it almost always means we haven't yet received usable, up-to-date odds for it from our data provider, not that anything is wrong with your account.
A few common reasons this happens:
Odds not yet available: Lines for a game can open at different times, and one side of a market (e.g. the spread) may unlock before another (e.g. the moneyline) simply because our data feed hasn't sent updated numbers for it yet. This is normal and usually resolves on its own shortly.
You already have a pick on that market: Once you place a pick on a specific market for a game, that same market locks so you can't place a duplicate or conflicting pick on it. Other markets on the same game may still be open.
Temporary suspensions: In rare cases we may need to briefly pause betting on a market or bet type (for example, during unusual line activity) while we confirm everything is accurate.
If a game or market has been locked for an extended period with no change, reach out to support and we'll take a look.
