Closing your bankroll at Bankroll U is a process that allows you to reset or abandon an account that you no longer wish to continue using. If you decide that you no longer want to pursue a particular bankroll, you can choose to close it by selecting the "Close Bankroll" option in your player dashboard.
When you close a Bankroll any progress tied to that bankroll will be lost. This action cannot be undone, so it’s important to be sure before proceeding. Once cancelled, you can start fresh with a new bankroll or simply end your participation if you no longer wish to continue.
Important: Any prizes that were transferred to your prize wallet will still be available for withdrawal. Prizes earned will remain in your wallet until you pull them out regardless of if you close, or simply fail, your Bankroll.
To cancel an existing Bankroll, follow these steps:
Log in to your Bankroll U account
Click the arrows at the top left side of the screen to choose your Bankroll. If you only have one, you can skip this step and move to Step 3.
Scroll to the bottom of the Combine Objective's page (past your Activity Target, Profit Target, and Bankroll Balance) and click "Close Bankroll".
Click "Close Bankroll" to confirm your cancellation. This action cannot be undone, but you can always start a new Combine when you're ready.
