How much does the Combine cost?
The Combine is a one-time entry fee based on the Bankroll size you choose. There are three Combines available:
$1K Combine — $49 one-time. Pass it and earn a $1,000 Bankroll. Includes 500 Points.
$3K Combine — $147 one-time. Pass it and earn a $3,000 Bankroll. Includes 1,500 Points.
$5K Combine — $245 one-time. Pass it and earn a $5,000 Bankroll. Includes 2,500 Points.
Every Combine gives you 14 days to hit your Profit Target and Activity Target. Visit the pricing section of your dashboard to choose your Combine.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods for Combines include credit or debit cards and Online Banking through Plaid.
How do I change or remove my card on file?
You can update or remove your payment method by adding a new card in the payout flow.
Can I use someone else's credit or debit card to pay for my Combine or resets?
Yes, you can use someone else's payment method with their consent as long as you are over the age of 18. Minors (under the age of 18) are not eligible to work with Bankroll U, regardless of payment method. Ensure the billing information matches the payment method to avoid processing issues.
Are there any recurring monthly fees?
No, we do not charge any subscription fees. You pay only for the services you choose to use.
How do I get a refund/What is your refund policy?
Please contact our support team with your account details and the transaction you wish to refund. We'll process it as per our refund policy.
