Although we support the majority of printers, you may need to check the printer's dpi before using the Barcode Man APP.
We use technology that combines all of the label parts into a graphic. Furthermore, the image composition tech stack allows us to personalize our label templates significantly. As a result, we need a higher dpi for printing.
In most cases, you can enhance it by installing an improved printer driver or adjusting the configuration of the printer.
Minimal requirements
The printer dpi must be at least 300 dpi.
The printer requires to support PDF printing.
Any printer with a resolution of less than 300 dpi will generate blurry labels, particularly when printing barcode images, logos, or QR codes.
Known printers under 300 dpi.
Zebra printers which discontinued include Zebra GK420d/ZD-series/LP-series.

Because a printer driver is essential for improving blurred labels, nearly no other provider provides a driver for these discontinued printers. Only one company has written an effective driver for Mac to enhance fuzzy labels. It is a paid solution; you could try their demo before proceeding with it.
For Zebra ZD410. You can try the steps below. We can enhance printing on Mac by installing different printer drivers with the same dpi.
For instance, let's say we have a Zebra ZD410 printer. Zebra ZSB series also have a 203 dpi driver; you can download it here.
After installing,
Go to System Preferences, and click Printers & Scanners.
Click add icon.
Select the printer you want to use and select driver software for it.
Let's use Zebra ZSB Series 203 dpi as a printer driver.
Click Ok.
The printing results
Now you should be able to print clear labels with the ZD410 label. The same method can apply to different printers. However, this is still a hacky way to do it. It May does not work for old printers.
Why label editor software from manufacturers won't be fuzzy?
The official label editor from the manufacturer can generate clear labels without issue since they can integrate printing with their own printing commands or scripts.
We are a third-party plugin. As a result, it must be supported by most printers rather than simply one or two.
Consequently, using manufacturer commands or scripts to build the app is not an ideal option for us.
However, along with printer driver upgrades. Even if their resolution is just 203 dpi, most printers can print sharp labels from our app.
