Intro

There are two issues that might happen when printing;

In most cases, the issues happened due to two main reasons.

  1. Using inaccurate margins on the sheet label settings.

  2. Inappropriate printer configuration.

The root cause is that every printer has different margin settings, it will need you to try more times to get a correct result.

You may get a result like the image below where barcodes are not in the correct position.

Shifting Issue on Sheet Labels

Solution

  1. Check the margin settings and label width and height again.

  2. In most cases, millimeters are more precise. Try to change the label unit from inch to millimeters.

  3. You may need to shift the margins a bit ( ±0.25mm ) to get better results.

    For example, if your top margin is 22 mm, then try 21.75 mm or 22.25 mm.

After adjusting the margin, you will get the correct results.
