How to Protect a SharePoint Data Source

Note that you can only protect and unprotect top-level SharePoint sites.

Protect SharePoint

  1. Log into https://login.barracudanetworks.com/, and select the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Source in the left pane.

  2. Navigate to the Protect page from the top navigation menu, and select the SharePoint data source.

  3. Select the site(s) to protect, and click the PROTECT button.

  4. The Protect dialog box displays. Click PROTECT NOW.

  5. A notification displays at the bottom of the page. The site is now protected.

Unprotect SharePoint

  1. Log into https://login.barracudanetworks.com/, and select the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Source in the left pane.

  2. Navigate to the Protect page from the top navigation menu, and select the SharePoint data source.

  3. Select the site(s) to unprotect, and click the UNPROTECT button.

  4. The Unprotect dialog box displays. Click UNPROTECT NOW.

  5. A notification displays at the bottom of the page. The site is now unprotected.
