How to remediate alerts from the Dashboard

The Dashboard page displays alerts in two ways:

  • The Alerts list-The Alerts list lets you open the alerts slider so you can remediate alerts.

  • The Alert volume over the last 7 days graph-This graph illustrates the trend of alerts over the last seven days.

You can click an alert type in the Alerts list to display a slideout of alerts of that type. The alert slideout lets you navigate to the application that created the alert and remediate it from there.

To remediate an alert from the Dashboard

  1. If you’re not on the Dashboard, in the left navigation menu, click Dashboard .

  2. Click the arrow icon of an alert category.

    The alert slideout opens on the right side of the Dashboard.

  3. On the alert slideout, click View on the alert you want to remediate.

    The application that created the alert opens.
