Using the BarracudaONE Dashboard

Introducing the BarracudaONE Dashboard

The information displayed on the BarracudaONE dashboard depends on whether you:

  • have multiple accounts in your profile, and

  • whether you are viewing All accounts or have chosen an account.

If you have multiple accounts and have chosen one, you see The Dashboard - Account selected.

If you don't have multiple accounts or if you do have multiple account but are viewing All accounts, you see The Dashboard - All accounts selected.

Available applications

Whether you have selected an account or not, on the Dashboard, you can monitor the status of the following Barracuda applications:

  • Email Gateway Defense

  • Impersonation Protection

  • Incident Response

  • Cloud Archiving Service

  • Cloud-to-Cloud Backup

  • Data Inspector

Application states

Applications can be in the following states:

Icons

Description

Not activated

You have either not purchased this product or you have purchased it, but the product hasn't been activated.

Needs setup

You have purchased this product, but it needs to be set up before it functions properly for this account.

Functioning

You have purchased this product and it is activated, set up, and is functioning properly for this account.

Warning

You have purchased this product and it is activated and set up, but it isn’t functioning properly for this account.
