Remediating alerts from the Alerts page

You can use the Alerts page to help remediate alerts.

The Alerts page lets you see the following alerts from Impersonation Protection and Incident Response:

  • Account Takeover

  • User Reported Email

  • Potential Incident

You can remediate alerts from the Alerts page and also from the Dashboard.

To remediate an alert from the Alerts page

  1. If you’re not on the Alerts page, in the left navigation menu, click Alerts .

  2. Find the alert you want to remediate.
    To help, you can Search, sort, and filter the Alerts page.

  3. In the row of the alert you want to remediate, click View .
    You are taken to the application that the alert is from.
