Disabling and deleting report schedules

How to stop running reports that you've set a schedule for

Only users with users with user admin permissions in Barracuda Cloud Control can view the Reports page.

If you don’t want a report to run, you can disable or delete it.

  • Disabling a report means the report’s schedule is paused. When you want it to run again, you can enable the report and it will run on the set schedule.

  • Deleting a report removes the report entirely. The report can’t be un-deleted or set to run again.

You can delete a disabled report. So, if there's any chance you want to run a report again, disable the report to pause the schedule. You can always delete it later.

To disable a report

  1. If you’re not on the Reports page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports.

  2. Click Scheduled.

  3. Click the three dot menu for any report.

  4. Click Disable .

To enable a disabled report

  1. If you’re not on the Reports page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports.

  2. Click Scheduled.

  3. Click the three dot menu for any disabled report.
    NOTE Disabled reports have a Disabled icon in the Next scheduled column.

  4. Click Enable.

To delete a report

Deleted reports are deleted permanently and can’t be retrieved.

  1. If you’re not on the Reports page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports.

  2. Click Scheduled.

  3. Click the three dot menu for any report.

  4. Click Delete .
