How to set up recurring schedules for reports

Delivering quality reports to customers is a key part of your service. Showing customers the value you provide through reports is essential to prove the worth of your business. They also help sell your services to potential customers.

You can create reports that run weekly or monthly. The report runs at the scheduled time and is sent automatically to the emails that you provide.

A scheduled report runs automatically until you delete it.

  1. If you’re not on the Reports page, in the left navigation menu, click Reports .

  2. Click Scheduled.

  3. On the Scheduled Reports page, click New Schedule in the top right corner of the page.
    The New schedule slideout appears.

  4. If required, select the Account name.
    NOTE You’ll have to select the Account name if you haven’t selected an account using the account switcher .

  5. Select the type of report.

  6. For Weekly frequency, do the following:

    • Click Weekly.

    • Select a day of the week.

    • Select an hour of the day.

  7. For Monthly frequency, do the following:

    • Click Monthly.

    • Select the week number.

    • Select a day of the week.

    • Select an hour of the day.

  8. Type the email addresses of the recipients, separated by commas.

  9. Click Schedule.
