Upgrading your PSA integration lets you centralize your operations in the BarracudaONE ecosystem, providing you tools to consolidate data across multiple vendors and products so you can give each of your clients a single invoice.
As part of upgrading your integration, you must delete the legacy integration.
Upgrading PSA integrations
To upgrade your integration, you do the following:
Delete the legacy integration
Integrate the PSA with BarracudaONE
Deleting the legacy integration
To delete the legacy integration, follow one of these procedures:
In BarracudaONE, follow To delete the legacy integration from BarracudaONE below.
In the MSP app, follow To delete the legacy integration from the MSP app below.
In ECHOPlatform, follow To delete the legacy integration from ECHOPlatform below.
To delete the legacy integration from BarracudaONE
In BarracudaONE, click Global Settings, then click Integrations.
In the Active section, click Disconnect.
To confirm, click Disconnect.
From here, integrate the PSA by clicking the Connect to your PSA button and following the instructions. For more information, see Integrating PSAs.
To delete the legacy integration from the MSP app
In the MSP app, click Accounts.
Click an account.
Click the Products & Services tab.
In the To upgrade or delete your integration, go to BarracudaONE area, click Manage.
In the Active section, click Disconnect your PSA.
From here, follow the steps in To integrate a PSA on the Integrating PSAs page.
To delete the legacy integration from ECHOPlatform
In ECHOPlatform, click the Preferences tab, then Manage Integrations.
In the Legacy Integrations table, select the row of the integration you want to delete.
Click the Delete button.
Click Yes.
