To open Barracuda Assistant
In the top right corner, click the Barracuda Assistant button

If you want to make the Barracuda Assistant part of the window wider or narrower, hover your cursor to the right of the scroll bar. When your cursor turns to a double line with two arrows, hold down the left mouse button and drag to the left to widen or to the right to narrow the Barracuda Assistant section.
To ask Barracuda Assistant a question
Do one of the following:
Type a question in the Ask your question box.
Select one of the preset questions below the Ask your question box.
Click the arrow

Barracuda Assistant is only tested in English.
To end a conversation and start a new one
The New Conversation button only appears when there is a conversation in progress. Your current conversation is closed and you can no longer access it.
Click the New Conversation button

To close Barracuda Assistant
When you close Barracuda Assistant, your current conversation is preserved. The next time you open Barracuda Assistant, the conversation opens.
Click the Close button

To delete your chat history
Deleting the chat history deletes the history of all conversations you’ve had with Barracuda Assistant so that Barracuda can’t access it anymore. Deleting the chat history doesn’t delete the chat in the current session.
Click the More options button
