Do one of the following:
Type a question in the Ask your question box.
Select one of the preset questions below the Ask your question box.
Click the arrow

If you clicked the Thumbs Down button, do one of the following:
If you want to want to give more feedback, click Yes
. Write your response and click the arrow.If you don’t want to give feedback and want to continue the conversation instead, click No
