Updating Roles and Permissions for Users
1. Access Organization Settings 0:01
Start from the homepage.
Click on your profile in the top right corner.
Select 'Organization Settings'.
2. Navigate to Staff Settings 0:16
In the Organization Settings, go to 'General Settings'.
Click on 'Staff' to view the list of staff members.
3. Edit Staff Profile 0:32
Choose the staff member whose role you want to update.
Click on 'Edit' to modify the staff profile.
4. Update Role 0:32
Change the staff member's role from 'Staff' to 'Admin' or vice versa.
Note: Admins have full access, including organization settings, while staff members do not.

Be aware that additional roles will be available in the future, which can also be updated here.
