In the chat-based builder, you can give the AI a prompt. For the best results, include your website URL so the AI can match your branding.
Example Prompt:
"Create an email to remind patients to use their benefits by the end of the year. Use my website [Your Practice URL] to match our branding and pull information. Make it fall-themed."
Step 3: AI Fetching and Extraction
Once you submit your prompt, the AI will:
Fetch Brand Info: It scans your website for your logo and primary brand colors.
Extract Images: It pulls relevant photos from your site to include in the email.
Link Online Scheduling: It automatically identifies your "Book Now" link and attaches it to the call-to-action buttons in the email.
Step 4: Iterative Revisions
Provide desired revision instructions using the chat window.
Step 5: Saving and Sending
Once the email looks exactly how you want, type Looks good in the chat window.
Navigate back to your Email Templates. Your AI-generated campaign will be saved there, ready to be scheduled and sent to your patient list.
