This article will walk a user through how to log into Barti.
Usernames
Each user requires a unique login with a username and an email address. Users are created by the Barti support staff. They are can be created during or after the Barti Onboarding Session. To confirm your username, you can consult your Barti Onboarding Checklist or reach out to support@barti.com.
If you need to request to active or deactivate a user, you can reach out to the Barti Support Team to make the request.
Logging in
Navigate to www.barti.com
Click on the Login button on the top right hand corner
Enter your username and password
Click Sign In
* If this is your first time logging in, you will need to reset your password upon first login
Forgot Password
You can easily retrieve your password if you have forgotten it.
Navigate to www.barti.com
Click on the Login button on the top right hand corner
Click on the Forgot Password link in the sign in box
Enter your username or the email address associated with your account
Check your email inbox for instructions to reset your password
If you do not see an email in your inbox, check your spam box
Users with @wal-mart.com emails must contact support@barti.com for password resets. Automated reset emails will not reach these accounts.
