In this article we will review the Inquiries feature in Barti that enables users to manage unknown text messages sent to a practices number (Barti VoIP #).

  1. Navigate to Inquiries

    • Go to the Message section

    • Select the Inquiries tab

  2. Manage an inquiry message

    • Click on the message to see the full conversation.

    • From there users can reply to, call or block the number.

  3. Create a Patient

    • Click on Create Patient opening the add new patient dialog
