In this article we will review the Inquiries feature in Barti that enables users to manage unknown text messages sent to a practices number (Barti VoIP #).
Navigate to Inquiries
Go to the Message section
Select the Inquiries tab
Manage an inquiry message
Click on the message to see the full conversation.
From there users can reply to, call or block the number.
Create a Patient
Click on Create Patient opening the add new patient dialog
