Barti allows practices to automate the plans that appear by default when an ICD10 code is added in an exam. This article outlines the steps to set up default diagnosis plans for exams. It is recommended to set up organization specific exam plans prior to setting up default plans.

Key Steps

  1. Navigate to Exam Settings 0:16

    • Go to the Exams section.

    • Select Exam Settings then Default Plans.

  2. Adding or Modifying Default Plans 0:29

    • Under Default Plans, you can add a default set or edit an existing default set.

    • To set new default plans, click Set Default Plan on the upper right hand side of the screen.

    • To modify an existing default plan, click anywhere on the line to open the edit screen.

    • Search for the desired ICD10 code.

    • Choose the desired plans from the linked and general plan list.

    • Reorder the plans as needed.

    • Click Save to confirm your entries.
