This outlines the steps to create a task directly from the patient's side panel in the system, ensuring efficient task management related to patient care.

Key Steps

  1. Accessing the Patient's Side Panel 0:00

    • Open the patient's exam in the system.

    • Locate the right-hand side panel of the screen.

  2. Scrolling to Create a Task 0:15

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the side panel.

    • Find the option labeled 'Create a Task'.

  3. Defining the Task 0:29

    • Click on 'Create a Task'.

    • Enter the task details, for example, 'Call patient to schedule an appointment for their family members'.

  4. Assigning the Task 0:43

    • The system will automatically assign the user.

    • Adjust the assignment if necessary.
