Access Patient Profile
Navigate to the desired patient profile.
Locate the Insurance section within the patient profile.
Choose to either edit an existing insurance record or upload a new insurance.
Under Notes, enter relevant information, such as copay amounts (e.g., "Copay is $45").

Insurance Notes can be viewed in the following areas:
Patient profile insurance table
Right hand panel
