How to connect your Google Business Account

  1. The first step to connecting your Google Business Profile is to check that your business is already listed on Google. You can go to business.google.com/add and look up your business name or address to see if your business is listed and you are the owner.

  2. If not, follow the steps here to list your business on Google. Once you’ve checked that your business is listed on Google, proceed to the next step below.

  3. Click on the “Connect” button below “Google Reviews” on this page:

  4. A new tab will pop up, where you can select the Google account associated with your Google Business Profile.

  5. Once you’ve connected your Google Account, navigate back to the Reviews page and you will be able to see and respond to your Google Reviews directly.

How to connect your Yelp Account

  1. The first step to connecting your Yelp account is to check that your business is listed on Yelp here.

  2. Once you’ve confirmed your business is live on Yelp, click on the “Connect” button below “Yelp Reviews” on this page:

  1. A new tab will pop up, where you can select the Yelp login associated with your Yelp Business Listing.

  2. Once you log in, you’ll be navigated back to the Reviews page, where you will be able to see and respond to your Yelp Reviews directly.

How to configure your Hosted Review Collection page

  1. By default, the review link listed under the “Permanent Review Page” looks like this:

  2. To customize this page, click on the “Settings” button with the gear icon in the top right hand side of the page. Here, you can customize the copy on the Review Collection Page including inside the review text box and the call-to-action button.

  3. All the feedback your customers leave from this hosted page will appear in your Reviews Log with the “Internal” tag under “Source.”

  4. You can also prompt your customers to leave the review on Google if it meets a certain minimum threshold under “Minimum Stars to Prompt Review”
