In this article, you will learn how to add your FAIT account to Barti to place contact lens orders directly from within the app.
Important Note: Only Barti administrators can add a FAIT account. If you need admin access, ask your account owner to contact support@barti.com.
1. Open Organization Settings
• Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Barti app.
• Select Organization Settings.
2. Edit Your Location
• Under Locations, click Edit next to your location.
3. Enter Your FAIT ECP ID
• In the popup, enter your FAIT ECP ID number.
• Click Save. Your optical orders will now default to using FAIT.
4. Print a FAIT Order
• To print a FAIT order, open the order and click Print in the order toolbar.
• The Print button is available at any point — including before the order has been placed.

Do I need admin access to add a FAIT account?
Yes. Only Barti administrators can add or edit a FAIT ECP ID. Contact support@barti.com to request admin access.
Will my FAIT account automatically apply to all new orders?
Yes. Once your FAIT ECP ID is saved, optical orders will default to using FAIT.
