This article outlines the steps to utilize the AI File Summary feature for summarizing PDF documents uploaded to a patient's profile.
Key Steps
1. Uploading a PDF File 0:35
Navigate to a Patient Profile, then to the Files submenu.
Click on Upload to upload a file.
Choose the exam PDF you wish to upload and confirm the upload.
2. Viewing the Summary 0:59
Wait for the file to refresh after uploading.
Once processed, hover over the summary to view a one-to-two sentence overview of the PDF.
Click the AI button to uncover additional insights and extend the findings.
3. Reviewing Insights on a Patient Exam 1:39
Open a patient exam side panel.
Select Patient Details > Files.
You can see both the short summary and the additional insights provided by AI.
