In this article, you will learn how to manually schedule a recall message for a patient.

Steps

  1. Create a Message Template for your Annual Recall.

  2. Navigate to the patient's Patient Profile.

  3. Open the patient's Messages inbox.

  4. Select Schedule a Message.

  5. Set a date and time to send the recall message.

  6. Select the patient's phone number.

  7. Select your Annual Recall template.

  8. Select Schedule.
