In this article, you will learn how to manually schedule a recall message for a patient.
Steps
Create a Message Template for your Annual Recall.
Navigate to the patient's Patient Profile.
Open the patient's Messages inbox.
Select Schedule a Message.
Set a date and time to send the recall message.
Select the patient's phone number.
Select your Annual Recall template.
Select Schedule.
