In this article, you will learn two methods for removing scheduled appointment reminder messages for canceled patients.
Method 1: Remove Scheduled Messages from the Communication Center
Navigate to Communication > Scheduled.
Search for the canceled patient.
Locate the scheduled reminder and select the ⋯ menu next to it.
Select Remove.
Method 2: Remove Reminders from the Patient Profile
Navigate to Patients and search for the canceled patient.
Open the patient's Patient Profile.
Select the Messages tab.
Locate the blue message that reads "You have 1 scheduled message."
Select it to view the scheduled reminders.
Select the ⋯ menu next to the reminder and select Remove.
