In this article, you will learn how to create an invoice directly from a VisionWeb order. The action of linking VisionWeb and Barti inventory will restrict available dropdown options in the VisionWeb order to selections that have been linked.

1. Link VisionWeb Products to Barti Inventory

Before creating invoices, you must link your VisionWeb product catalog to your Barti inventory.

  • Navigate to Billing > Inventory > VisionWeb.

  • You can link individual inventory items or bulk link similar items (e.g., all Polycarbonate) in one action

    • To link a single item, click the row for a VW product, then search for and select an item from your Barti inventory.

  • To link multiple VisionWeb Product(s) to a Barti inventory item via bulk action:

    • Click the check box on each product row for the VisionWeb items. You can search to filter the available products to allow usage of the Select All checkbox

    • Click Link Products to open the Link Product Dialog

2. Create a Glasses Order

  • Create a new glasses order that includes products linked to VisionWeb.

3. Create a VisionWeb Invoice

  • In the glasses order, click the Invoice Options button in the order header. Choose whether these items should be added to a new or existing invoice.

If you have any questions, please refer to Barti's Help Center or create a support ticket at support.barti.com.
