Guide to Organization Settings in BARTI
1. Accessing Organization Settings 0:00
Log in as an administrator.
Navigate to the home screen.
Click on your initials in the top right corner to access organization settings.
2. General Settings 0:19
Click on the 'General Settings' tab.
Enter your federal tax ID (EIN) and primary contact information.
Update local tax information.
Use the 'Edit' button to:
Update your logo and icon (appears on printouts).
3. Managing Staff 1:10
Click on the 'Staff' tab.
Create new staff members and assign roles (Staff or Admin).
For providers, enter their NPI and license number.
Create a username and temporary password for new users.
Communicate login details to users for initial access.
4. Editing Staff Profiles 1:36
Edit staff profiles to:
Change roles.
Update primary location, address, and name.
Disable staff members if necessary.
5. Location Settings 1:51
Click on the 'Locations' tab.
Add or edit location information:
Office name (used in patient reminders).
Address and local tax rate.
Time zone, office number, and fax number.
Enter Group NPI if using TriZetto.
Enter FATE ECP Reference ID for contact lens orders.
6. Integrations 3:00
Click on the 'Integrations' tab.
Set up your Stripe account for payment processing.
Add phone numbers for BARTI VoIP and create new fax numbers if applicable.
Define your subdomain (no spaces allowed).
Activate marketing emails and VisionWeb account for glasses ordering.
7. Files and Data 4:12
Click on the 'Files and Data' tab.
Upload PHI files for troubleshooting.
Notify BARTI support after uploading files.
