Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my CSV has errors?
Barti reports errors by column, including the error description, number of rows affected, and the specific row numbers. Correct the flagged rows in your file and re-upload.

What if a service code already exists?
If the service already exists, the uploaded price applies to the selected location only. If the service is new, it is created with the provided price as the default across all locations.

If you have any questions, please refer to Barti's Help Center or create a support ticket at support.barti.com.
