How to create NEW google business
Here's a guide on how to claim a business and ask for a review from a customer:
Go to Google Maps and search for your business.
If your business is not listed, click "Add a missing business."
Enter your business information and click "Submit."
If a Business Profile on Google has already been verified and you're authorized to manage the profile, you can request ownership from the current profile owner.
If you can't find a "Claim this Business" or "Own this business" link on the Business Profile, you’re likely already an owner for the business. On your profile, search for a “You manage this business profile” badge.
To find the Business Profile you want to request ownership of, use either of these methods:
Go to business.google.com/add.
Enter the name and address of the business, then choose it from the search results.
Find your business on Google Search or Google Maps.
Under the Business Profile, click Claim this business.
Click Continue.
You'll get a message that says someone else verified the profile. If you're authorized to manage the profile, you can request ownership from the current profile owner.
Click Request access and fill out the form.
Click Submit.
Tip: The current profile owner will get an email that asks them to contact you and you’ll get a confirmation email.

Make sure your business is listed on Google Maps and other major search engines.
You can create and share a link for customers to leave reviews. To get customers to use the link:
Include it in thank you emails.
Add it at the end of a chat interaction.
Include it on your receipts.

With Google Search, select Ask for reviews.
With Google Maps, select Customers > Reviews > Get more reviews.

In order to access your Google Review Link, you will need to login to your Business Account and claim your business code.
