What data migrates from MedFlow to Barti?

Most patient demographics, appointment details, allergies, spectacle Rx, and core exam data migrate from MedFlow. Provider details, most insurance fields, inventory, and services do not migrate. Your implementation team will help you plan.

What doesn't migrate from MedFlow

The following fields do not migrate. Plan to handle these manually after your migration is complete:

  • Patient SSN, phone, occupation, and notes

  • All provider details (name and email)

  • Appointment provider

  • Most insurance details (only insurance company name migrates)

  • Contact lens Rx

  • Inventory, frames, and services

  • Exam history sections: Review of Systems, Social History, Surgical History

  • Exam fields: Cover Test, Lensometry, General Observation, Tests, Procedures, Assessment and Plan, Notes, Documents

If any of these are critical to your practice, contact your implementation team before your migration date.
