What data migrates from Eyefinity to Barti?

Important: Eyefinity is owned by VSP, which limits how much data can be exported for migration. This is a restriction on Eyefinity's side, not Barti's. Your implementation team will work with you on a plan to preserve records before your migration date — contact them as early as possible so you have time to prepare.

What doesn't migrate from Eyefinity

The following categories do not migrate at all. Plan to handle these manually after your migration is complete:

Patient SSN, occupation, and notes
Provider email
All appointment details (provider, location, type, time, status, notes)
All insurance details
Allergies
Prescriptions (contact lens Rx and spectacle Rx)
Inventory, frames, and services
All structured exam data (only exam PDFs and documents migrate)

If preserving any of this data is critical to your practice, contact your implementation team before your migration date.
