What doesn't migrate from Revolution
The following fields do not migrate as structured data. Plan to handle these manually after your migration is complete:

Allergies (as structured data — see note below)
Insurance subscriber number
Exam fields: HPI, Review of Systems, Family History, Health History, Social History, Surgical History, General Observation, Assessment and Plan, Notes
Note — fields available in exam PDFs only: Several fields that don't migrate as structured data are preserved in your exam PDFs, which do migrate to Barti. These include: Review of Systems, Medication History, Allergies, Health/Family/Social History, Reason for Visit, HPI, Orientation/Mood, CL Trials, and full Assessment and Plan/Coding. You can reference these by opening the exam PDF in Barti, but they won't be searchable or editable as discrete fields.
