Troubleshooting
Can I edit an invoice after it's been created?
Yes! Almost anything on the invoice can be edited. You can do in line edits to Charges or you can click on the three dot menu and click Edit to edit a specific line item. Payments can also be edited. You can also make internal notes at the bottom of the invoice. If you click Get History at the very bottom of the invoice, you can see a history of all changes made to the invoice.
Can I create an invoice without linking it to an exam or order?
Technically, yes. Invoices MUST be tied to a patient, but it isn't required to link it to a specific exam - although it's highly recommended.
Where do I find a patient's invoice history?
Invoices are accessible from the patient's profile under the Invoices tab.
