How the wireless handset system works
Instead of a standalone wireless base station, your wireless handsets sync directly through your main desk phone using a compact USB dongle.
Network connection — Your main Yealink T54W desk phone connects directly to your internet router or wall jack via a wired network cable or Wi-Fi.
The wireless bridge — The Yealink DD10K DECT dongle plugs into the USB port on the back of the T54W desk phone.
Handset pairing — The dongle emits a local wireless signal, allowing up to two W73H wireless handsets to communicate across the office.
