Overview

Basisboard has five different tabs, each serving a special purpose. These tabs are the following: list, board, calendar, analytics, and contacts. In this article we'll discuss the basics on how to use each.

List View

List will show a list of all of the bids that you've been invited to over email, sorted either alphabetically, by due date, location, assigned estimator, or stage of bidding.

Board

The board view will organize this list view into which bids you're undecided on, which you've declined, which you've accepted, etc. This view can also be filtered and sorted.

Calendar
The Calendar will show the bid due dates and job walk dates...well, in a calendar! Read more on how to use the calendar here.

Analytics
Analytics will initially be empty, but will start to fill up with information about how you're company and estimators are doing, along with win ratios, top bids, and graphs.

Contacts
Finally, the contacts view lets you see information about the people that are sending you bid invites along with their companies. This view is a list of general contractors and their contacts.
