We've created a new rule functionality to help maximize efficiency with incoming emails by providing an automated action determined by your unique set criteria!

Here are some exampled rules that you can mimic to start automating your bidding process!

Auto-Decline Emails By Specific GC

  1. Set your identifying rule name

  2. Select Triggering Event as "Email is Received"

  3. Select unique Rule Criteria

    1. Company

    2. Name

    3. Is Equal or Contains

    4. Name of Company

  4. Select your Automation action

    1. Create bid with stage

    2. Declined

Auto-Assign an Estimator

  1. Set your identifying rule name

  2. Select Triggering Event as "Email is Received"

  3. Select unique Rule Criteria

    1. Company

    2. Name

    3. Is Equal or Contains

    4. Name of Company

  4. Select your Automation action

    1. Create bid with stage

    2. Declined

  1. Set your follow up identifying rule name

  2. Select Triggering Event as "Bid is created"

  3. Select unique Rule Criteria

    1. Company

    2. Name

    3. Is Equal or Contains

    4. Name of Company

  4. Select your Automation action

    1. Assign to estimator

    2. Estimator of choice
